Years of studies on group dynamics scientifically demonstrate that the potential of a cohesive, motivated and well-led group is infinitely superior to the sum of the potential of the individuals that compose it.

We believe that experience and emotions are great teachers and that they leave indelible memories in us. Theoretical reference to our designs are David Kolb's studies on the experiential learning of adults. We are convinced that experiential Team Building is the most effective way to train groups because:

1) it's fun and challenging

2) involves emotions as a strong anchor of the elaborated messages 3) can be successfully inserted in the context of corporate events of different nature (meetings, conventions, incentive trips...)
