PAINTBALL

Emerging in the early 1980s, Paintball quickly became popular, especially in the USA, and has attracted a large group of participants around the world. Matches can take place inside buildings or specially closed and delimited areas or outside, in many different ways. There are no specific rules for playing paintball, leaving the objectives, strategies and game techniques to the imagination of the players and the conditions of the ground.

More and more often, companies are choosing paintball as a team building activity as the game requires great skills in team communication, coordination and the ability to make decisions in a very short time.

 

Group construction or team building, in the field of human resources, constitutes a set of training activities, team games, team experiences, the purpose of which is the training of a group of people. Used successfully in the USA on children, it is now increasingly applied to corporate entities with the aim of obtaining the maximum in terms of performance from their employees. More and more often, companies are choosing paintball as a team building activity as the game requires great team communication skills, coordination and the ability to make decisions in a very short time.

Managing resources, giving yourself roles, improvising to resist, managing stress or achieving goals are just some of the results that can be obtained and analyzed with this activity.
